The use of the Green Turn website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing and browsing the Website, you agree to the following terms of use.

 

 

A. Definitions and Interpretation The following terms are used on our website and these are explained as below;

 

Web Site – means the website that you are currently using (https://GreenTurn.co.uk) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

 

Content – means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site;

 

Services – means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Green Turn makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;

 

System – means any online communications infrastructure that Green Turn makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;

 

User (s) – means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by Green Turn and acting in the course of their employment; and

Intellectual Property and Copyrights  All Content included on the Web Site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Green Turn, our affiliates or other relevant third parties, unless uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other relevant laws.

 

Subject to sub-clause stated per the following paragraph you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by Green Turn.

E. Limitation of our liability All of our data including services whether online and at our premises are provided “as are” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.

 

We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, opportunity costs, corruption or destruction of data or for any other implied, indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site and of our services. We hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users should be aware that they use the Web Site and its Content at their own risk.

F. Refunds From the date of your enrolment at the In-Person or Over-The-Phone coaching course, you will be given 7 days cooling off period, prior to the course start date, during which you may cancel your course. If you have informed us within this time scales, and no classes have been attended, you will be entitled to a full refund less an administration charges and bank fees. 

 

If you have booked an urgent course which starts within 7 days then you decide to cancel the course. You need to inform us of your cancellation decision in writing. Your cancellation notice should reach us at least 48 hours prior to starting the course, you will be entitled to a full refund less an administration charges and bank fees. We are committed to pay to our consultants so if we receive an email at less than 48 hours notice period prior to starting the course this will be treated as withdrawalAny cancellations after the 7 days cooling off period (or if any classes have been attended) will also be treated as a withdrawal.  If you choose to withdraw from a course within the first 1 hour of the course only then you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the course fees less an administration charges and bank fees. 

 

If you withdraw from a short course, duration of course 1 week or less, you will not be entitled to any refund. In addition If you choose to withdraw from a course after 1 hour of the start date of the course, you will not be entitled to any refund, and any fees outstanding will remain payable. We will not refund if you have already attended the course lectures or mock classes.

 

If Green Turn reschedules a course for a different time or day and this is not convenient for you, a full refund will be given. If you have agreed to reschedule the course or agreed to alter the original terms of the course then you will be liable to pay the full fee. Any withdrawals after the reschedule agreement will be considered valid and subject to clauses stated per paragraph 2 and 3 above.

 

No refund will be given for the change of site, change of tutor or if you agreed to any changes made to the original terms of the course that was mutually agreed between us. Green Turn is unable to make refunds for the absence due to changes in the work commitments, personal or financial circumstances or any other reasons for not being able to attend the course. Any outstanding fees in these circumstances will remain payable.

 

We do not offer any refund on our on line course material including eBooks, test quiz, case studies, etray or any other on line content that is immediately available to download. If you face any IT issues such as browser compatibility issues or the geographical access IP block, or issues in relation to the quality of the on line content etc then please let our staff know. We will endeavour to make all the corrections and grant you the revised access.

G. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Green Turn shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales, and Green Turn and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

H. Indemnity You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site. You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.

I. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Green Turn shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales, and Green Turn and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

J. Miscellaneous Every effort has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. However, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.
