Deloitte First Interview Details:

As the name suggests, this is the first interview you will be faced with during the application process. Depending on availability and the route you have taken, the interview will either take place at Deloitte premises or over the telephone. There is no set time restriction and an interview can last from 40 minutes to two hours. An average interview will last for 45 minutes, during which time you will be asked around 15 initial questions and three follow-up questions for each, leading to a total of roughly 45 questions (15x3). The first interview is usually conducted by a Deloitte manager and sometimes by a senior manager. An interviewer will typically conduct around 20 to 30 interviews annually. Deloitte First Interview Results:

Your performance during the first interview will be kept on permanent record and used during Deloitte’s final deliberations to determine whether or not you have got the job.
