Fact: Overseas applicants can only apply to graduate positions at Deloitte. However if you hold UK nationality but had attained all your qualifications outside of UK then you are eligible to apply for the Deloitte School Leaver programme.
Deloitte has set 6 types of recruitment tests to assess each applicant before offering the trainee job. These tests are applicable to more or less all graduate and school leaver applicants.

Step 3: Attend Deloitte First Competency Based Interview

You can take Step 1 to Step 3 job assessment tests from your home country. You will need to travel to UK to attend Step 4 job test assessments.

Deloitte recruit nearly 1,800 graduate trainees every year. The number of graduates seeking training contracts with Deloitte, both from the UK and overseas, currently stands at approximately 40,000. Thus, in order to stand a realistic chance of being accepted, an applicant must score exceptionally and pass all the four stage assessments mentioned above.
