From 2020 onwards, Big Four firms have been operating the registration form process under a different format, with considerably less attention on career motivation. Overseas applicants are only eligible to apply for a few departments and there are tight application deadlines as the firm will need to arrange your work visa. When you submit your form, the computer system automatically grades it and gives it a rank of a pass or fail. These results are then double-checked by the recruitment team.
