Fact: Overseas applicants can only apply to graduate positions at Ernst & Young. However, if you hold UK nationality but had attained all your qualifications outside of UK then you are eligible to apply for the Ernst & Young School Leaver Programme.
Ernst & Young has set four types of recruitment tests to assess each applicant before offering the trainee job. These tests are applicable to more or less all graduate and school leaver applicants.
Step 1: Applicant completes EY Registration Form

You can take Step 1 to Step 4 job assessment tests from your home country. You will need to travel to the UK to attend the Step 5 job test assessment.
Ernst & Young will reimburse your travel arrangement and hotel costs whilst your stay in the UK.

Ernst & Young recruit nearly 1,500 graduate trainees every year. The number of graduates seeking training contracts with Ernst & Young, both from the UK and overseas, currently stands at approximately 40,000. Thus, in order to stand a realistic chance of being accepted, an applicant must score exceptionally and pass all the four-stage assessments mentioned above.
