The assessment is delivered online and often appears inside IOA and Job Simulation. Question styles include single best action, most to least ranking, and follow on probes that build on earlier information. Content reflects emails, chat threads, meeting notes, client updates, and light data exhibits. Calculations are minimal. The focus is judgement, communication and ownership.
