The Immersive Online Assessment or One Stop is an early gateway used by Deloitte to understand your strengths and thinking style.
After you receive your invitation, you will typically have a short window to prepare. Job tests can feel daunting, especially without Big Four experience. Bring your effort and curiosity and we will give you the structure, practice, and feedback you need to perform at your best.
Deloitte designed the IOA and One Stop to assess you against their values and competencies. You will be measured on skills such as being motivated and committed, learning oriented, tech curious, a relationship builder and an effective communicator. You will also be assessed on resilience and adaptability, focus and efficiency, analytical thinking, creative problem solving and core cognitive ability.

Numerical, Verbal and Inductive Reasoning free tests
Assessment partner. Deloitte works with Cappfinity as a specialist assessment partner. For some programmes you may still see tests built with providers such as Talent Lens and Kenexa, and a small number of service lines can continue to use Watson Glaser style critical thinking later in the process. We prepare you for all of these so you are covered whatever you face.

Legacy tests you might still meet
Some service lines and locations retain a short Watson Glaser style critical thinking test. Sections include Inference, Recognition of Assumptions, Deduction, Interpretation and Evaluation of Arguments. We keep this content in our course so you stay ready for all variants.
Your performance in the IOA and One Stop is recorded and will be considered alongside later stages. Deloitte typically grades performance on a scale and looks for consistent strength across competencies. Aim for top marks at every stage. Thorough preparation is the safest way to stand out.
