Congratulations on passing the earlier stage. Deloitte lists two named assessments. Immersive Online Assessment or One Stop and Job Simulation. The Job Simulation recreates a day in the life at Deloitte. You will read messages and documents, write short responses, rank options and record pre-set video answers. For many programmes this stage replaces a separate first interview. Some service lines still run a short interview as well. A deeper Partner interview usually follows later online or in person.
The home screen shows tiles such as Video set up, Starting a new project and Creating success. Each scenario starts with resources to review. Expect up to seven mixed sources for context, for example
You can usually re-open resources while answering, except during some video items which show only the most relevant exhibit.
Integrity note. Deloitte expects you to complete all responses independently and in your own words.
Structure like a client email. BLUF bottom line up front, then two to three concise points, then a clear next step. Mirror the exhibit language and reference data briefly.
Use STAR. Situation, Task, Action, Result. Keep energy up, look at the camera, and close with a one sentence impact or recommendation.
Rank actions that show collaboration, inclusion, quality and integrity ahead of speed and convenience. De-prioritise actions that ignore stakeholders, skip controls or offload work without alignment.
Expect quick percentage change, ratios or simple trend commentary. Focus on direction and implications for the recommendation.
Draft an email to align your team and the client on priorities after a scope change. Include how you will track progress and manage dependencies.
Record a short video describing how you would move a project forward where information is incomplete and time is limited.
Rank the best to worst actions when a quick win conflicts with policy and quality standards.
Outline how you would support an overloaded colleague while protecting delivery for the client.
Explain how you would ensure quieter voices are heard in a design session and what decision you would recommend.

Your Job Simulation performance is considered alongside earlier results. Many roles use a one to five capability scale. Consistency against Deloitte values, clear impact and strong motivation improve outcomes. If a separate first interview is not run at this stage expect a deeper Partner interview online or in person.
