The last stage of the Deloitte job application procedure is the Partner interview. Deloitte has eliminated the etray exercise assessment completely for the year 2025 graduate applicants and instead has introduced a rigorous Partner interview process.
After choosing a convenient date from the options offered to you by Deloitte, you will typically have a week or so to prepare. As we all know, job tests can be daunting and how can you be fully confident of putting in a perfect performance if you lack Big Four experience? Deloitte has designed the partner interview stage to assess you against their key competencies criteria. The test will be time-limited, so you must be able to withstand pressure. Although Deloitte do list key competencies criteria on their website, they don’t provide many details on the initial and follow-up questions you can expect to face.
