Well done on passing the Stage 2 Online Assessments. Your next step is Stage 3, the Video Interview also called the Digital Submission. You will record answers to set questions. KPMG reviewers will watch your videos and score you against the KPMG skills framework.

You usually have up to three days to record and upload your answers. Choose a quiet and well lit space. Use a laptop or desktop. Test your camera and microphone. Look at the lens. Keep most answers between sixty seconds and one hundred and twenty seconds.
Simple structure is helpful. Start with a short context, then the task or goal. Spend most of your time on your actions and decisions. Close with results, learning, and how this fits KPMG.

How did you plan and track a workload with many tasks and dependencies
Talk through a decision made from incomplete or conflicting data
Which options did you reject and why.
Describe a time you chose the right thing even when it was hard
How have you used technology to improve quality or efficiency
You can reuse strong examples. Change the angle so each answer fits the skill that is being tested.
Your submission stays on file and is reviewed with later stages. Aim for top band performance across all twelve skills. Use numbers where you can. Examples include time saved, accuracy improved, risk reduced, or positive feedback from clients or tutors.
